But what if we told you that you could savour those extra 10-minutes and still have time for a healthy breakfast?<\/p>\n<p>Try these Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats for a wholesome and nutritious start to the day with only 364 kcals and 26g protein.<br \/>\nOvernight oats are great when you\u2019re on a time crunch in the morning and are the perfect way to get thicker and creamier oats. The best bit? They\u2019re only CHF 1,11 per serving so ideal if you\u2019re on a budget too!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients (Serves 3):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>90g oats<\/li>\n<li>150ml almond milk<\/li>\n<li>60g 5% fat Greek yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>2 scoops of vanilla protein powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>9 fresh strawberries<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp smooth nut butter<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp low sugar strawberry jam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Place almond milk, protein powder, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and maple syrup into a bowl and stir well until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Take 3 jars or Tupperware boxes and place 30g of oats in each one, then top carefully and evenly with the milk mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Place in the fridge overnight until set.<\/li>\n<li>Top with jam, peanut butter and fresh strawberries in the morning.<\/li>\n<li>Keep sealed tight and they will last in the fridge for up to 4 days, the easiest breakfast on the go!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>____<\/p>\n<p>PureGym wishes you a lot of fun cooking and a good appetite!<\/p>\n<p>____<\/p>\n<p>For more healthy recipe ideas, check out the\u00a0recipe section of our <a href=\"\/en\/blog\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blog<\/a> which is packed full of \u00a0nutritious and most importantly tasty meals to help you reach your goals!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some mornings are made for snoozing.
