This recipe takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish, making it perfect for a midweek dinner. It also stores well in the fridge if you fancy making it in your weekly meal prep \u2013 staying on track never tasted so good!<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve opted for turkey meatballs instead of beef, and bake instead of fry to cut back on extra calories and saturated fat. This means each portion is under 400 calories and is packed with 24g of protein to help with muscle recovery and keep you feeling fuller for longer. You can also add more veg to bulk out your portion size too!<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t fancy rice? Switch out the basmati rice for another grain like couscous, quinoa, or bulgur wheat, or pair with noodles instead.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Serves: 4<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"line-height: 2;\">\n<li class=\"p1\">12 turkey meatballs<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">80g Sriracha sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 tbsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 tbsp honey<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bd tbsp\u00a0grated fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bc tsp sesame oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 spring onions, sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 carrot, peeled and grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">300g cooked basmati rice<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bd tbsp sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Low calorie oil spray<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"line-height: 2;\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 190c<\/li>\n<li>Spray a baking tray with low-calorie oil spray and place meatballs evenly spaced and cook for 20 mins until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, combine the sriracha, soy, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small pan.
