Keeping you safe when you’re inside our fitness studios, night and day

With 24/7 CCTV and emergency help points located throughout our fitness studios, there’s always help at hand should you ever need it. We have automated external defibrillators and first aid kits in all of our fitness studios for emergency assistance. Most fitness studios provide disability access including, lifts, ramps, toilets, and changing rooms.

Secure Entry with our Gates

To make sure that you’re safe inside our fitness studios, night and day, every member is given a unique QR Code or member card that needs to be used to gain access through our gates each time they visit, so we know who is in our fitness studios at all times.

24/7 CCTV

To ensure your safety, we have CCTV cameras throughout our fitness studios and and all activity inside is recorded. Remotely we can access the video footage and save it in case of accident or incident and take the necessary measures to pursue the matter if needed.

Emergency Help Points With 2-Way Comms

Red emergency help points are located throughout our fitness studios with 2-way communication so that you can speak to our triage center to ask for emergency assistance. We hope you’ll never need to use it, but it’s good to know help is always at hand if you need it.

Disability Access including Lifts and Ramps

Most fitness studios provide disability access including, lifts, ramps, toilets, and changing rooms.

Safety Station

You’ll find a Safety Station located in every one of our fitness studios near the entrance. The Safety Station will help you with everything you need in case of an emergency.
We’re proud to have automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and First Aid Kits in all of the safety stations.

First Aid Kit: All staff are first aid qualified so they can help in a first aid emergency inside our gyms.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED): The Automated External Defibrillators deliver full spoken instructions to guide someone through how to use them in an emergency providing life-saving support for our members and the local communities they serve.
